Digitalisation that works in everyday life
Less paper, less duplicated work, fewer isolated tools. I help you choose the right tools and introduce them properly.

Many small businesses run on a grown mix of spreadsheets, mailboxes and individual programs. That works – until someone is on holiday, data has to be found or the next software invoice arrives. To me, digitalisation means understanding processes first, then simplifying them, then choosing suitable technology.
What I do for you
Process analysis
Together we map key workflows – from quote to invoice – and identify media breaks and time sinks.
Tool selection
Vendor-independent comparison of solutions for documents, collaboration, accounting interfaces and customer management.
Cloud migration
A planned move from local servers or single computers to a cloud or hybrid environment, without disrupting daily business.
IT procurement and licence review
An inventory of all subscriptions and contracts, clean-up of unused accounts and support in negotiations with vendors.
Automation
Recurring tasks such as data transfers or notifications are automated – and documented transparently.
Rollout and training
Short, practical training and guides so that new tools are actually used by the team.
Especially suitable if …
- information is scattered across many mailboxes, folders and spreadsheets
- an old server needs replacing
- monthly software costs have become hard to track
- new employees take a long time to find their way around
What you have at the end
- A documented overview of your systems, contracts and workflows
- A prioritised roadmap with realistic effort
- Tools in place and a team that can use them
Common questions
Do we have to change everything at once?
No. We start with the area that brings the greatest benefit and proceed step by step.
Do you work with specific vendors?
I am vendor-independent and receive no commissions. Recommendations are based solely on your requirements.
What happens to our existing data?
Data migrations are planned, tested and only go live after your approval. Backing up the existing data is always part of the plan.
