What does the initial call cost?
The 15-minute initial call is free and without obligation. Afterwards you receive a transparent quote if needed.
Do you work on site or remotely?
Both. On site in the Barcelona area, otherwise via video conference and remote support – securely and with your approval.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
You can see available slots for initial calls directly in the online booking. I usually reply to form enquiries within two working days.
Artificial intelligence
What is local AI?
An AI model that runs on hardware in your business or on a server you control. Your data is not transferred to external AI providers.
May our staff use ChatGPT and similar tools?
That depends on the data. A short AI policy defines what is allowed. I help you create and introduce such a policy.
Security and data protection
How do I know whether my backup works?
Only through a tested restore. Many backups appear to run flawlessly for years and fail in an emergency. A restore test is a fixed part of my security check.
How do you handle our data?
Confidentially and following the principle of data minimisation. I only receive access as far as necessary and with your approval. On request we sign a data processing agreement.
